Working Group on Youth Affairs
The Working Group consists of representatives of the ministries responsible for youth policy from the Baltic Sea countries and a representative of the Regional Youth Council of Schleswig-Holstein. The Working Group defines the tasks and priorities with regard to the annual budget and the running work of the Baltic Sea Secretariat for Youth Affairs. The Regional Youth Council of Schleswig-Holstein is responsible for the administration of the Secretariat.
The Working Group will convene at least once per year. The Secretariat submits to the Working Group and the ministries involved an annual written report of the work done and on the accounts of the Secretariat.
This agreement is valid for the period 2006-2008 after which a review will take place. If considered necessary, the Working Group can change single points concerning tasks and priorities. The Working Group yearly agrees upon the budget of the Secretariat.
